When you first start using MindYourWeight, there isn't much to see (because you haven't entered any weights yet) — the real power of this site doesn't shine through until you're able to step back and look at the big picture of your history. However, we want you to be able to see MindYourWeight in action, so we've created a demo account just for you!

You can log in, and you'll see that you already have quite a bit of sample data. This sample account works just like a real account — please feel free to play around as much as you like!
