Site Features

MindYourWeight has a variety of tools to help you track your weight over time, and to help you find patterns in your personal history. You can try out the features for yourself by going to the Demo Account.

Overview

  • The Main Graph – At the top of every page you'll have a large graph (like the one shown above). This graph shows both a weighted average (the line) and the individual weights you've recorded (the dots).
  • The Overview Graph – Just under the main graph you'll have a shorter graph that displays your entire history.
  • Date Ranges – Using your mouse to select a portion of either the main graph or the overview graph will zoom the main graph, showing you just the time period you're interested in.
  • Graphing Options – Under 'Graph Options' you can choose which things you'd like to have appear on the graph, such as the average line or individual weights.
  • BMI Calculation – Since your health is more than just a matter of weight, we'll calculate your BMI (Body-Mass Index) and help you track your goal.
  • Goal Tracking – If your goals aren't just an issue of BMI, we'll still help you track them. You can enter any goal you like and we'll put it on the graph for you.
